SMS terms
Text messages you choose to receive.
Clear terms for inquiry and service-related messages from Agent Aussem Real Estate.
Effective date: August 11, 2026
Program description
Agent Aussem Real Estate may send conversational text messages to people who separately opt in. Messages may respond to a requested real-estate inquiry, provide requested information, coordinate an appointment, or give service-related updates connected to that inquiry. The initial messaging program does not enroll people in unrelated mass-marketing messages.
Consent
You opt in by providing a mobile number and checking the separate SMS consent box on an AgentAussem.com form. The box is not preselected. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and the resulting conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Agent Aussem Real Estate does not charge a separate fee for the text-message program.
Opt out, resume, or get help
Reply STOP to opt out. You may also use another commonly recognized opt-out word such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to resume messages. Reply HELP for help.
You may also request help or withdraw consent by calling 801-663-5555 or emailing agentaussem@gmail.com.
Privacy
Mobile phone information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Service providers may process mobile information only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the messaging service on Agent Aussem's behalf. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery is subject to mobile-carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Text messaging is not an emergency service. For an emergency, call 911.
Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the messaging program or applicable requirements. The effective date above will identify the current version.
