Privacy

When you submit a website form, Agent Aussem may collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, general real-estate interest, Utah area, timing, preferred response method, message, request source, and contact permission. Website inquiry information is processed by the website hosting provider and Jarvis, Agent Aussem's private customer-relationship system, for inquiry routing and follow-up. If you allow it, Meta receives page visits and activity such as guide-download clicks, contact-link clicks, starting a form, form errors, and a successfully saved request. A guide-download click does not mean a request was submitted or the download finished. A booking-link click does not mean an appointment was booked. Meta may receive your IP address, browser/device information, page and referral addresses, advertising click identifiers, and cookie identifiers, and may associate activity with your Meta account for measurement and advertising purposes.

We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, chat messages, or contact and SMS permissions in measurement events. Automatic advanced matching is off. Some pages or addresses containing unexpected parameters are excluded from measurement. Analytics will not count every visitor or request.

Use Cookie choices at the bottom of any page to allow or decline optional measurement. Declining does not affect forms or services. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional measurement off. Chat messages stay in this browser tab’s memory until the page is refreshed or you choose New chat. Recent messages are sent with each question; the application does not save chat transcripts. OpenAI and hosting providers may process or retain information under their applicable policies. Basic request metadata and usage counts are stored to manage security and pilot limits. Closing the panel alone does not clear this tab’s conversation.

To request a personal response, choose Talk to Jason and review the separate inquiry form. Its contact details and permission are sent to the existing inquiry system, not to the AI chat service. A chat answer alone does not submit a lead, schedule an appointment, or authorize calls or texts.

SMS and mobile information

If you separately check the SMS consent box, Agent Aussem Real Estate may send text messages about your inquiry and related real- estate services. Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, START to resume, or HELP for help. Additional details are in the SMS Terms.

Mobile phone information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Service providers may process mobile information only as needed to deliver, secure, and support the messaging service on Agent Aussem's behalf.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or professional obligations. Service providers may retain information according to their own applicable terms and retention practices.
